We have again managed to secure our Summer School accommodation at Ardingly College, Nr/ Haywards Heath from 27th July to 1st August 2008. It is a private school set in the beautiful mid-Sussex countryside some 20 minutes from Gatwick Airport and 45 minutes by train from London.

We proved last year that this lovely venue is fabulous. On-site facilities are excellent, food is plentiful and wholesome and accommodation will be in a 2yr old 2 million pound modern boarding house.

Already this year we again have students from the Athens area and Dubai. As well as a large number of students from all over the country and hope that we will have the opportunity to welcome you this year.

We only have a few boarding places left for this year but we also take day students. So book now to avoid disappointment!!!

New for this year are the “Young Dancers Days” on Tuesday and Thursday for 5-7 year olds. The day will run from 10.00am – 4.00pm for them and will include lunch.

For students who will be flying to the UK or from a distance. As always we will meet them at Gatwick Airport and return them to the airport and see them safely on their flights home. For students travelling by car please click on the directions link at the top of the page.

We have an exciting timetable lined up for you this year and have again included Contemporary. The swimming pool is also available to the students so we will be making good use of that as well! Don’t forget to bring your swimming gear! There will be a life guard on duty at all times.

Many of last year's faculty are returning including June Mitchell FRAD, Becky Dowden (Vocal), Sarah Lidbetter LRAD and Allan Cardew (Drama) Rebecca Gould (Contemporary – ex Henri Oguike Dance Company) Jennie Dale ( from the New Smash Hit West End Production of Lord of the Rings) and Djalenga Scott (from the West End Musical Chicago ) amongst others.

The week will be finished off with our usual performance to parents and friends followed by a barbeque in the grounds (weather permitting!). We shall also be awarding our usual scholarship for tuition in 2008.

We hope that you will come along and enjoy the same challenging and fun week that was experienced last year by everyone involved.

Yours sincerely
Nicola Miles & Penny Woodman
